Capacity building or capacity development is the process by which individuals and organizations obtains, improve and retain the skills, knowledge, tools and equipment and other resources needed to do their jobs. 
As part of our B. Ed curriculum we have conducted a capacity building programme. The class was taken by Fr. Sujin.
